When speaking of homemade tools, do you count things like homemade lights that work on our tools? I have a really cool bandsaw light I made out of wood I'd love to share here, but only if it's appropriate.

Yes, a bandsaw light would count as a homemade tool. If it's an accessory for a tool, we generally count that as a tool. We actually have some similar tools (including multiple bandsaw lights) listed here: Homemade Tools: light - HomemadeTools.net

If it's borderline, it can always go in the Homemade Creations subforum. You can look in there to see roughly where we draw the line.
