Making Thin Washers

I needed to make a large number of 2" square washers with a 1/2" hole in the center. The stock was thin aluminum. Cutting the squares was quick and easy, but I didn't want to dull my 1/2" punch to form the hole. My solution was to build a fixture and safely drill a stack on my drill press.
