Got that friend, who always use Sn63Pb37 solder - doesn't matter is it amplifier or shotgun barrel rib.
Once he was trying his strength at making distillation column, so I offered him Sn96,5Ag3Cu0,5.
And his answer was „No lead - no fun” (BTW, he screwed that - for unrelated reason - and bought comercial SS apparatus next year).
