A couple of Harbor Freight 1" ratchet straps (plus an 8 hour training course) would fix the 'slipping' problem.

Pretty sure it's the same guy based on hair line, waist line and cart. After the 2nd time he probably got a new cart and some Harbor Freight straps! (But maybe not, he -might- be a slow learner.)

Just a damn bungee strap would have been enough. Maybe add rubber strips to the face of the cart too. Simple fixes that cost considerably less than the beer he dumped!
