Typical of 3rd world production. Not to mention poor mold shut-off at opening of bucket. Trimming is virtually non-existent, and has been for decades. The clips depict what could barely be called injection molding. Screw or hydraulically clamped though, is a requirement. Whatever the inlet pressure PSI, is multiplied by total surface area. That also determines physical dimensions of the mold block, especially the cavity, to retain such pressure.
The mold for poly-carbonate buss box [restaurant use] of ~18"x18"x24" runs in a 1500 ton press, the mold halves ~3'x4'x5' and weighed 11 tons.
