What is very interesting is Amish have had a 70-ish year life expectancy for hundreds of years, which for a very long time FAR exceeded the non-Amish population. It wasn't until the 1970s that modern medicine caught up, which is really incredible. So they're definitely doing a lot of things right, and we can probably learn a lot from how they live. But I don't agree with you about the GMO part. GMOs aren't dangerous.
