I am an active mechanic and a Maker at heart.
I am trying to build our a new 30X30 off grid shop.
Interests:
grid beam building, using metal grid beam in creative and cost / space saving ways
welding, I have 3 gas and 2 mig as well as a (yet to be installed) engine driven Premier power welder setup
machining, past machinist background
auto, motorcycle, 24 vehicle and counting
electronics, want to get some controller projects going for more experience and do a megasquirt install.

I hope to find like minded and forum support in creating my new 30X30 shop.

Welcome - sounds as though you've got an interesting and eclectic set of interests; you'll fit right in here!! Nice shop space you're building, too. Very cool.

When you're ready to share some of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them. Please post them directly in the Homemade Tools subforum. We'll add each one to the database, as well as to your builder page on the site.

Non-tool items should be shared in the Not a Tool, but Homemade subforum.
