I sure would like to see more detail, that wall is huge, is it just part of an assembly of huge walls sections. What are they building a dam?

A towering frame — made out of rebar? For some kind of massive slip-form concrete monolith? Or did the engineer forget to tell 'em — it's supposed to go sideways? And they're trying to set it in it's concrete bed — which doesn't look to be that deep — by hand?
