The MAZ-7907 is a Soviet army missile vehicle designed to transport, erect, and launch SS-24 Scalpel (RT-23) intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs). It has 24 driving wheels with 16 of them for steering, a 1250 hp gas turbine engine, and a carrying capacity of 150 tons.
