    Measuring 0.001 ohms with a low cost DVM and a "Resistance Amplifier"

    This circuit turns any low cost Digital Volt Meter into a milli ohm meter. The DVM reads 1 mV for each milli ohm seens by the circuit. Normally this would take a 1 amp test current but the Resistance Amplifier does it with only 10 mA. If you are interested, please see
