Basically this is a 4' x 8' rolling tray on 2" casters. There are 2 legs at one end that rotate parallel and lock in the downward position with a bolt, and 2 legs that swing out sideways and lock in place with slide bolts.
I can use this to drop my cargo (tools) in under 3 minutes.
