I needed a simple way to hold two ball bearings for a 0.250" shaft made for O-1 drill rod. The vertical shaft drives a horizontal turntable device. The two plates are 0.250" thick 6061 aluminum and approximately 3" x 3" square. I used the Machinist Calc Pro calculator to determine the x and y coordinates for the hole locations.
