I protect most of my files with cardboard tubes (or inner tubes)

Inside a bigger plastic tube at eye height. Type is shown drawn on the end of the handle. (They do not project far enough to bang my head)




In a rack for the most frequently used


Or in reserve, in box tubes



You may notice the key I’ve drawn on the side of the drawer, to remind me which tube contains which type of file.
