I want to try this, but I can't find an application for the algae so I'd just be growing it to grow it.
You could make Spirulina...
Looks neat. For the life of me I can't wrap my head around the economics of this. Who is buying algae? What market is there?

"Spirulina is a biomass of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) that can be consumed by humans and animals. The three species are Arthrospira platensis, A. fusiformis, and A. maxima.

Try newly formulated Soylent Green! All the nutrients of the old formula, less of that pork/not pork taste!
