Do you have a rotary table?

Unfortunately not. Found one of my gears for my lathe has 120 teeth.
So made up an arbor to secure it to the other side of the chuck. Now to make up the stop to fit into the teeth.



Thanks for all the ideas. Never thought about the pitch of the threaded bar. M6 is the only one with 1mm per turn....standard off the shelf. Was planning something closer to a M8 or M10

Remember, if you can single point thread, you can 1.0mm pitch most any diameter you want...
