It's turning out to look like it will be a really nice little loader. Once she has everything assembled then welded out, she might want to build a simple line boring machine and line bore all of the pivoting connections to accept hardened or coated sleeve bearings even in the machined bosses she has made she can reduce some of the pins and shafts by a few mm to accept standard bore diameters. Sleeve bearings such as those used in automotive transmissions will work quite well with lubrication.
