Fixed it; interesting. I had no idea osculating was even a word.

One runs across it in the world of mathematics. Two curves that touch and have the same tangent at the point of touching are said to be osculating curves. The word derives from the Latin word for "kiss" so the mathematical usage is very appropriate.Originally Posted by Jon
