mini vice clamp

Hey guys, just a "little" project.

A friend came over the other day, said close my eyes and hold out a hand, with apprehension on high he dropped this neat little vice into my hand rather than something awful. Phew... It can be mounted straight to a bench but I opted for the versatile, mobile method. Searched high & low for a piece of 3" C-section I "knew" I had... Hmm, had to hit the steel store.

The screw is a 10mm bolt, drilled & tapped the thread end to take the flange which floats when screwed up as standard clamps do. The knob is held on with a split pin. This little vice locks up straight & secure and is a great addition to my workshop.
