I am a producer of small miners equipment and need to build some metal working tools for the shop 1 a steel lathe 2 a milling machine

I also build prospecting equipment. I think you're biting off a huge chunk in wanting to build your own lathe and mill. My advice is find an older American made model of each, and start building your mining equipment. I've got a Heavy 10 South Bend lathe, and Rockwell mill. While I'd like a bigger lathe, they've handled 90% of the things I've needed them for.
