I constructed a couple of similar covers for a company in Houston. They built large manifolds that sit on the ocean bottom for the oil industry. The weather patterns back around 2007 were such that it would rain for about 1/2 hr every afternoon. These guys needed these things to stay dry while they were working on them and the guys wanted to be out of the sun. We had their guys design the track system and we installed our covers on that. They would crane the manifolds into place and roll/slide the cover over their work. Two 40x40 covers. Made them sign all kinds of liability releases stating that we were not responsible for anything if they blew away as the anchoring system was outside of our engineering specs.
