    Looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The first time a kid runs up to touch it and it pinches his finger or loses it!.

    Yep, but this looks to be either still at the factory testing, or just now being set up before any barriers are put in place, There appears to be something resembling a shipping crate off to the far left
