    Cool concept! Looks like it could move a lot of different ways especially around corners but there would have to be some safety overrides so you don't accidentally make a move that will flip you (centrifugal force will always come into effect there). Getting going should be no problem but how is the braking? What kind of wear are we talking about for the ball drive and how often would I have to replace those items?

    Jimfols - I met Dean some years ago at a robot competition in Fl. I was more than impressed - a true genius and gentleman. “Slingshot” I think that was the project - that might be my favorite!
