we had a 2 section steel train bridge moved here in OKC, a couple of years ago,, both sections together were about as long as this one,, they brought all the parts to a work area near the site assembled both sections then moved both into place all in one day,one at a time,used two giant crawler crains to move them,area was not flat or level,set up a bleacher area for the public to come and watch,,got it done on time too,,

No. This one was assembled on site. The info with this vid says the site was closed to the public for general safety and COVID concerns. However they did provide 2 webcams to allow the public to watch.

Was that train bridge brought in on a barge?

Here is a different bridge being moved down the canal. They could not place it on a barge, because there would not be enough clearance under some of the bridges. Instead, they attached floats and partially submerged the bridge in order to move it.
