Multi V Block

I made this little v-block to the same dimensions as my 4" Mill Vise stationary jaw, The v-block was made from o-1 steel, hardened, tempered and precision ground all over.
It will accommodate round stock from .046" to 2.000" in diameter. The V grooves are 120 deg included angle, This is what gives the block the ability to hold such a wide range of diameters over the standard 90 deg blocks. This block is much thinner than standard blocks which gives you more room in your vise for your work.
The block will hold all the mentioned diameters in the vertical or horizontal plane.

There are two 10-24 tapped holes in each end of the block for a stop or bolting to something. I didn't put the holes in the cad drawings, It was something I decided to do right before I heat treated the steel.
