My Surface Grinder. Hobby project Part 2

This is part 2 so if you haven't seen part 1 then you need to see that first at Hobby project

Here in part 2 the original rough wooden mockup has been machined all over and trued up to the level possible with the material in use. The intent being to build the mockup into a running machine prior to making the real one out of epoxy granite filled steel tube.

In this post I show the machining and alignment techniques used to set the mounting surfaces for the linear ball rails flat and true to each other. The wooden mockup has been useful for checking out those procedures.
