So if you made this interesting track machine, and wanted to make it look like you were legally on the streets, this would be the game played.
Also looks like a game of sliding the boom vertically upward, as the operator drives forward, and ideally would be done on a plastic bollard not glued to the pavement. (looks like some sort of dust around them)
