New to The Forum!!

Hello All, my name is Ron and my User name is w6br, which is my Ham Radio Call Sign!! :-)

I am a beginning Machinist with a Rong Fu RF-20 Mill that I converted to a variable frequency drive and 3 DRO's of the iGaging variety. I also just purchased a 3 axis DRO from Sunpo and am waiting for it to arrive!! Now where to learn a easy to understand and comprehend CAD/CAM Program. Wow, so much to learn, that is one of the many reasons why I decided to join here - besides it looks like fun, and to be with a bunch of wonderful and great Guys!!

Welcome - glad to have you here!

You're in good company hereabouts with your RF mill. Lots of ideas to explore; you might start with Rick Sparber's RF-30 entries.

Once the mill is all setup, what's your first planned project?
