, I've always enjoyed working with my hands. I draw and paint and do a little model building. Fiddling with a little gunstock carving at the moment and am interested in trying some home gunsmithing (what my brother liked to refer to as "Afghan Gunsmithing=") and maybe building some black powder guns.
I'm interested in trying knifemaking -- particularly, at the moment, a Scottish dirk (probably sta= "Pin It")

I'm interested in trying knifemaking -- particularly, at the moment, a Scottish dirk (probably start small with a skean dhu).
At this point the only real tool I own is an old and rather large Craftsman drill press I picked up from a friend.
Anyway, there appears to be a wealth of resourcefulness and creativity here and I'm looking forward to learning a lot.
