New member lurking

Hi,
I live in NB, Canada and I am relatively new to metal working (class in Jr. High a very long time ago) although I have done some woodworking and stained glass work for some time. I retired a few years back and have just begun using a Taig lathe. I am on the lookout for ideas, techniques, and projects. I came across this site on my wanderings and thought "What a great site!!" I'll probably just lurk for awhile until I start doing more things.
