A new points cam.

I wasn't happy with the points cam I made for the single points conversion, so, I made another. The original one I made has a rounded step off for the points heel, this time I made the step off a little more abrupt but retained the round uptake coming off dwell.. The original also had a 95 degree dwell, I shortened that to 85 degrees, which gives the coil more time to charge.
