    I remember exact same machines in different yards of Los Angeles harbor, especially lumber, pipe and palleted metal plate.
    It's yours Frank S; but you'll need an odd shaped jack for that rear tire. . .

    I would have thed tires foam filled anyway so no need to remove or jack up just call a filler who can to the job on site. He would inject the foam rubber through holes drilled in the tread to the prescribed amount which after expanding will equal the operating pressure the tire will lift the rig but it will have to be driven around while the rubber cures to prevent a flat spot otherwise the weight on the tire would have to be removed.
    I saw this done on some mining equipment once
