I was actually tinkering with the bead roller a bit today, if I don't do something to a project consistently then it ends up on the shelf or packed away somewhere.
but here are a few of the pictures I have......
the [ics are of my jd2 I just got and haven't used yet, and the stand I made for it (not done) I need to make a plate where the electric hydraulic units going to sit, put the wheels on it, put the die holders on, and paint it.
most are of what I have done to the bead roller, made the upper shaft moveable, reinforced it with C channel, mounted the 100:1 speed reducer, and have yet to still mount the moter and chain/gears setup. figured it out, the 1725rpm motor will turn the shafts at 10.4 or so rpm. going to wire in the on off and the forward reverse switch still, and hopefully a potentiometer for more speed reduction if I want. the way its mounted on the stand is temporary to get everything figured I plan on mounting roller to the stand at the H part of the reinforcement.
and last but not least is the motor in my chevelle.....cause no man doesn't like looking at car parts lol
