Optical Based Debugging Tool

When you have code running on a computer without access to a software development environment or even a serial channel, you have to accept limited access to what is going on. The software tool I am offering lets me transmit a four-bit value in 100 milliseconds. Much faster speeds are possible.

The only necessary hardware is a smartphone.
