I see a pallet jack and unbanded load.
I'd think anyone with minimal sense of simple physics would have used the lumber tied to the down hill side. Another fix would employ a couple less inclined ramps; maybe a pickup truck bed, entrance steps, or sturdy saw horses. With weight at one end, that crew would easily lift the unladen end.
