Those aren't pancakes, those are half a filled bun. The red paste looks like red bean paste. The other is something I don't recognize, probably a sweet or savory filling.

Looks like something one would get at a Dim Sum joint... Yummmm...

I actually think the finished product looks pretty good. I bet you all would eat a bratwurst if given one.....but no body wants to see them being made.

The first filling looks like raspberry to me and the second one is almost defiantly coconut. NOPE not going to eat one
