    Nice idea, seems like one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" tools.
    I'm surprised it isn't a standard lathe tool.
    Might be a good Business opportunity for you Mr. Jordan.
    Could you get it patented?

    Good idea Steve. Parting off is always a pain on a small lathe. I usually try avoid parting off but have done it more often now that I have a rear toolpost for that purpose.
