    Off hand I see 2 major improvements needed #1 a pump valve release button in the palm handle to allow the pump to be pushed down for the locked position without ejecting more product. and #2 a closer cap for the nozzle to keep any product trapped in the stem and nozzle fresh.
    Other than that as long as the sealing disk is flexible enough to allow it to be transferred from 1 container to another when empty it appears to be a viable product for the consumer level.
    a similar device has existed for years for the much larger commercial applications for many condiments
