Pen that can't be clipped into pocket when open.

It looks strange to me as I have always seen the clip as a feature that is primarily intended for preventing the pen to roll down the table when lying. Initially, I agree it was intended to clip to your pocket, but who does that now ?
Some of the pens I build have a small decorative feature, protruding, to prevent the "rolling on the table" effect, but I rarely make clips.
