I was doing "short lists" to sell houses in the late 1980's, And was doing *similar* Wood Repair then that met the needs: rot proof, waterproof, paintable, etc.

I'll admit, a "gun" based epoxy system to equalize the Parts, A&B would have been nice, but my work(s) got the house sold.
