I shoot for density loadings; but this is NOT me..........
Also creative, but a 5th wheel laying in a car dolly? Not me either.
Color of truck, well that is right, wrong brand, so...........

Frank S is trying to compose himself to respond first, but in total shock.

reminds me of an Ad where a commodore (v8) tows a 747 onto the tarmac.

No fifth wheel needed. Just chain the landing legs to a tow dolly with a center pivot and hall off. However having an air compressor connected to the glad hands and a pair of valves to release the parking brakes and apply the service brakes and hooking up the lights just might get you by a lenient understanding DOT Cop if you were not transporting on a major highway so long as the weight on the tow dolly did not exceed the tire capacity.
I pulled a 14x70 mobile home across 3 counties with my 1 ton welding rig by just adding totter style mirrors Obtaining over width permit was no problem either
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
