Hi, I just had an accident. A plane ran into me...
 above 400', due to the danger presented to other aircraft, even though they don't cause accidents. To be fair and safe airplanes should not be allowed to fly under 400', due to all of the accidents they cause. "Pin It")
This video proves the point. The FAA disallows flying RC drones (quads, etc.) above 400', due to the danger presented to other aircraft, even though they don't cause accidents. To be fair and safe airplanes should not be allowed to fly under 400', due to all of the accidents they cause.
