    I guess a lot depends on what size or tonnage of a press you are looking for. When I think of a forging press the first thing that comes to mind is a behemoth capable of 1000s of tons of force. if that is what you are seeking to find then a machine in that size range would be well outside of the realm of expertise for most builders on this site. A few of us have the capability to design such a machine but this boils down to if the need for one hasn't arose it is unlikely anyone has decided to build one.
    If you are looking for a press in the 100-ton range, then there are several plans for shop presses which would simply require the appropriate forging dies to be made and installed in one.
    If you are looking for something more like a power hammer, then are a couple plans in the book of plans which may provide gridlines for you to scale up to a machine fitting your requirements.
