    Frank S's Tools
This looks to be either a 150 or 200 ml coke can. Given its size I'm going to go out on a limb and say this very probably done at one of the middle eastern universities. The experimental project would have been done as an extra credit project for a mechanical engineering under graduate coarse. If it were in fact done at one of those uni's I could probably narrow down the list to 2 or 3. As I had several student engineers use my machine shop while I was over in Kuwait to make similar projects.

Over all the smoothness and control of all of the functions were well executed
