Porta-band mount
I wanted a Porta-band mount but didn't want to pay for one so I decided to make my own. I designed it to use one wing bolt to hold the saw to the table and a strap to hold it in place and eliminate any vibration. I used a ratcheting type clamp to control the trigger. It is designed to fit a standard 2" receiver hitch. I plan to make a 90 degree adapter so I can use it in any trailer hitch.

Thanks 1dmaxpwr... I might have a go at using your great idea on a small Ryobi bandsaw I use for small & fiddly jobs! It would be handy to be able to swing it out of the way rather than the precious floor space it currently occupies!
