If then have enough structure in place and anchored to support those posts, it is not difficult to put concrete in the hole AFTER hanging the post.
As long as you take the time to work the concrete under most of the post. You may not get full wood to concrete contact, you it is easy to get enough to support the load. One problem with doing it that way it dirt falling into the open home, then not bothering to remove it before the concrete.
The concrete should also NOT fill the hole, only fill in under the post, and a little up the side.
