Appear to be Victaulic, SHURJOINT, ANVIL, or GRUVLOK, clamps. No proper fire suppression system is without them. Allows assembly or replacement to piping and pump without a union or threaded joints. As many pump rooms are in restrictive spaces, that gets them back on line quickly.
