power hamer, hyd press for forging

need some plans, ideas or resources for building these 2 items. im a journey industrial refrigeration pipe fitter/welder and my fab skills are excellent and i'm a nuke grade welder, Stick is my preference but quite skilled with tig and mig.

ive the basic idea and could probable make my own Helve hammer as well as hydraulic press, just need cheap parts, any ideas?

this will be used for the creation and drawing of custom cannister damascus
