    Having several blades honed to various curvature radius's and widths is an advantage when scraping or flaking different surfaces.
    gaining experience learning the angle to hold a given tool be it a blade a fixed to the end of a baton caressed in your arm pit or a power scraper is another key to achieving the desired surface finish
