It's a water broom...

Not really a pressure washer as it uses regular water pressure and many nozzles on the horizontal (this one has seven). The nozzles have a slit so that the water sprays out as a fan.

Works pretty well with silt covering the path, sometimes works with leaves if they aren't too thick.
