Nice Jig setup! Although not much Kanban or JIT happening on the factory floor. Guy has Nice soft touch with the T-handle clamp and the table on his left helps keep the 2 legs in alignment.

an almost perfectly choreographed work routine no wasted movement I wonder if the foot peddle has a spring return for the pneumatic or hydraulic valve?
Note how the bend process begins almost exactly as the clamp becomes tight and returns without any lag time.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

I think that is just the guys timing...based on the pile on the floor, probably an hour or 2's worth. After a few weeks you would get your giddyup dialed in...at least some people would. This guy is in the zone by the look on his face, even to the point of his toss backward at :09 he knows exactly where its going and still reaching for the next tube, knowing where it is. Economy of motion in 3 part harmony.

Once a welder worked for me that as long as you kept a pile of parts next to him he was like a robot once he found his zone. His only problem was about every 2 weeks he would figure out someway to get himself tossed in jail for drunk and disorderly conduct. Usually on a Friday night and coincidentally this would also be the end of a pay period, 48 hours in the tank and be back at work on Monday morning by 11 AM and flat broke. The judge finally got tired of him showing up in his court and remanded him to a dry out facility for 90 days. He was never worth much after that.
